Aging couple Ethel and Norman Thayer come to grips with the difficulties faced by them in the twilight years of a long marriage on a lake called Golden Pond when they are visited by daughter Chelsea, fiancé Billy Ray and his son Billy Ray Jr. A turbulent relationship between daughter and father, memory loss, heart attacks, reconciliation and love abound in this production.
